We are currently seeking a Kitting Supervisor to be part of a Medioh team who takes pride in bridging the gaps between technology and strong human connections to enhance the trust and intimacy of patient care.


  • Responsible for the proper execution of Medioh kitting production from beginning to end;
  • Responsible for meeting kitting schedule requirements within a fast-paced environment with primary activities being: labeling, kitting and inventory accuracy;
  • Supervise a team of kitting employees; ensuring proper employee training is completed, ensuring team objectives and KPIs are met, performance issues are managed as necessary;
  • Adhere to kit instruction sets to ensure kits are reproduceable;
  • Review daily reports to ensure kitting requirements are being met;
  • Escalate any observed issues to management to minimize negative impact to business;
  • Lead by example; coach, actively participate in daily tasks, motivate and engage employees;
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate with employees;
  • Support the management team’s direction and decisions.
  • Support process development and continuous improvement;
  • Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  • Plans, monitors, trains and appraises job results.
  • Maintaining a clean work area and keeping equipment clean and in good condition as prescribed by safety regulations.
  • Perform general labor to support operation requirements as needed.


  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of similar experience;
  • Must have a High School diploma, or its equivalence;
  • Possess strong communication skills in English;
  • Experience with transportation and order picking best practices;
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members and colleagues;
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of computers, be able to use SAP and Office.


  • Able to stand for 90% of the workday;
  • Capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. routinely throughout the workday.
