We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to be part of a Medioh team who takes pride in bridging the gaps between technology and strong human connections to enhance the trust and intimacy of patient care.


  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations;
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures;
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements;
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system;
  • Monitor emails/orders to ensure that all daily order requisitions have been met, assigned or handled and intervene when escalation is required;
  • Strategically supervise warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision;
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc);
  • Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  • Review daily reports to ensure warehouse requirements are being met;
  • Escalate any observed issues to management to minimize negative impact to business;
  • Lead by example; coach, actively participate in daily tasks, motivate and engage employees;
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate with employees;
  • Support the management team’s direction and decisions.
  • Support process development and continuous improvement;
  • Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  • Plans, monitors, trains and appraises job results.
  • Maintaining a clean work area and keeping equipment clean and in good condition as prescribed by safety regulations.
  • Perform general labor to support operation requirements as needed.


  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of similar experience;
  • Must have a High School diploma, or its equivalence;
  • Experience in regulatory affairs (ISO, Regulatory agencies) and documenting work is also an advantage;
  • Possess strong communication skills in English;
  • Experience with transportation and order picking best practices;
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members and colleagues;
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of computers, be able to use SAP and Office.

  • Capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. routinely throughout the workday
